Who we are

Helvetiqa.io is a software testing service without a public office. For all data protection questions, contact us at info@helvetiqa.io. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and security

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss–U.S. / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not set cookies and does not create personal user profiles. We only see aggregated statistics such as page views.

Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, company and message to answer your enquiry. To protect the form against spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by an email service provider. We delete enquiries when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not use tracking cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored locally in your browser only. All fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or similar services is made.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. Contact us at info@helvetiqa.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a supervisory authority in the EU.
